Returns Policy

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to organise a return for faulty products. 

We require proof of purchase and a description and/or photo (at our request) of the fault. 

As our wraps are designed to come into contact with food or food products, we do not offer an exchange or return for change of mind.
